Výroba bryndze
Hrudku ovčieho syra necháme na teplom mieste vyzrieť. Denne ho niekoľko dní potierame čistou vodou. Po vyzretí hrudku jemne nožíkom orežeme tak, aby sme odstránili tvrdú šupku z hrudky. Očistené kúsky syra na mlynčeku na jemno pomelieme, pridáme soľ a dobre premiešame. Ochutnáme a podľa potreby dosolíme.
